I recently decided to take a leap of faith and ditch my beloved Apple Music subscription in favor of trying out YouTube Music. As a seasoned music enthusiast, this was a big move for me. After two weeks of diving into the world of YouTube Music, I've come to a decision - I'm going back to Apple Music. Let's delve into the reasons why.

Throughout my trial period with YouTube Music, I encountered a few issues that required assistance from customer support. Unfortunately, my experience with YouTube Music's support team left much to be desired. Response times were slow, and the resolution process felt drawn out and inefficient. In comparison, Apple Music's customer support excelled in providing timely assistance and resolving any issues promptly, further solidifying my decision to revert back to Apple Music.
